Gravity Forms 2.5 is the next big release from RocketGenius and it is practically a different plugin when it comes to the form-maker and the form embed. It includes very significant changes in the way things have worked for the past many years. To keep things cleaner, we’ve branched our plugin into 2.
On you CodeCanyon’s download page. You can download both versions at once if you want.
The two versions are both packaged inside the All files and documentation file on CodeCanyon. If you download Installable WordPress Plugin only, you will receive a version based on the current release of GF, which as of now, is the GF 2.5 version.
Alongside the documentation, you will find 2 installable WordPress plugins.
- Use gfsupercharge.zip if you’ve already upgraded to Gravity Forms 2.5
- Version 1.3
- Use gfsupercharge-gf24.zip for Gravity Forms (2.4.**)
- Version 1.2.4
Best way to update
If you do not use the Envato Market plugin (which Enables automatic updates from CodeCanyon) you can simply go to the Plugins Install page and upload your choice version of the plugin. WordPress will show you a confirmation screen if the plugin is already installed and update the plugin.
After the update, please go to Supercharge Settings page (Theme customization options) and save the settings.

Support for GF 2.4
We will be providing support for GF 2.4 version of the plugin for the next few months, until the adoption for 2.5 version has increased significantly.
Are Legacy Forms from GF 2.5 Supported?
Yes, legacy forms include all the new customization features that are added to the new version.
Automatic Updates
Automatic update will be available (via Envato Market plugin) when GF 2.5 is launched. You can still download the 2 versions from the main package file.
