If you don’t see the Supercharge settings in your form’s settings or in Gravity Forms menu, it’s likely because permissions for user role have been restricted or altered before on your WordPress.
When permissions are altered prior to installing Styles Pro by either Members plugin or a similar plugin or theme, new permissions are not given automatically to all users. You’ll find the following new settings appear in permissions. Just add the following permissions for your user role:
- gravityforms_supercharge
- gravityforms_supercharge_uninstall
- gravityforms_supercharge_settings
Once settings are saved, you should be able to see and change all Supercharge settings.
